During service delivery we may record clinical observations such as vitals, medication schedules and caregiver visit notes.

To assign a suitable caregiver or clinician, coordinate visits, prepare care plans, and raise invoices.

To contact you about your ongoing service, and, where permitted, to share relevant service updates.

Health information is shared only with the caregivers, clinicians and care managers assigned to your case, or with your treating hospital or doctor at your request.

We do not sell personal or health information to third parties.

Access to records is restricted to authorised staff. Records are retained for as long as needed to deliver care and to meet legal or accounting obligations.
