Terms of Service

CareGlobal provides trained nurses, caregivers, physiotherapists, doctor visits and related home healthcare support. Services do not replace emergency medical care; in an emergency, call your local emergency number or nearest hospital immediately.

Bookings are confirmed once a caregiver is assigned and the schedule is acknowledged by the family. Shift timings, duration and scope are recorded in your care plan.

Charges are quoted before service begins and billed as agreed for the booked duration. Additional visits, consumables or extended hours are billed separately.

Cancellations should be intimated at least 24 hours in advance where possible. If a caregiver is unavailable, we arrange a suitable replacement at no additional cost.

Please provide accurate medical history, a safe working environment, and access to prescribed medicines and equipment.
