Live-in vs Two-Shift Nursing
A live-in nurse is more economical and works well for stable patients who sleep through the night. A two-shift roster costs more but is the safer option when the patient needs genuine overnight attention - hourly turning, suctioning, restlessness or oxygen monitoring. A tired nurse is an unsafe nurse, so we recommend the two-shift model for any case with real night workload, and we will tell you plainly which one your case needs.
